NO RED TAPE
No red tape? 103%? What does that actually mean?
It means, if you donate $100, the person in need gets $103.
That’s because Cord and Anne Shiflet add 3% to every donation to make sure all the needs are covered.
Often they contribute far more, but they guarantee a minimum of 3%. And with no admin, management or overhead fees, you can give confidently, knowing every penny goes toward the person in need!
OUR FAMILY
Cord Shiflet was born and raised in Austin. He is widely known for a lot of things — for being one of the top Realtors in Texas, for being a “no bs” guy who loves his hometown, and for being a super-connector with a vast network of just plain, good people.
If you’ve seen Cord’s social media, you’ve also seen his heart for charity and doing good locally. That doesn’t stop with Cord.
